This one's quite easy, actually. Did you ever wonder how to remove those GoTo Icons from your StoreFront Store and/or Start Menu Shortcuts?
Open your StoreFront Console, navigate to your Store node, select the corresponding Store, and click Integrate with Citrix Online in the right hand pane:
Disable all GoTo applications and confirm with OK:
Refresh your Applications with Citrix Receiver and they'll be gone.
